NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 17th day of September, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19 day of November, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 6 in Block G, of Avalon Park Village 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 47, at page 96 through 104, inclusive, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
