NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-006778-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-13, is the Plaintiff and Eundora A. Neal a/k/a Eundora Neal, Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, William L. Neal a/k/a William Louis Neal a/k/a William Neal, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 20th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
