NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001987 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Hugette Duteau Salahuddin a/k/a Huguette Salahuddin a/k/a Huguette Duteau are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 7, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 115 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, G.H. JUDD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 222, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 275 FEET THEREOF. ALSO: A STRIP OF LAND 15 FEET IN THE WIDTH ABUTTING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PREMISES ON THE EAST. ALSO: AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS 15 FEET IN THE WIDTH OVER A STRIP OF LAND ABUTTING THE NORTH 275 FEET OF THE E 115 FEET OF LOT 1, BLK 3, G.H. JUDD SUBDV. ON THE EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
