NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-224, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. KORESH PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MICHAEL P. GUENIN, NICOLE B. GUENIN, and GARY VAILLANCORT formerly known as UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants. I, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of Court for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County, Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
Lot 41, Coco Lakes, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 27, 28, and 29, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
