NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 17, 2018, entered in Case No. 09-CA-4786 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DOROTHY I. MARTIN is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM A. MARTIN III et al., is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., on the Fifteenth day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
The West 105 feet of Tract 56, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 27, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 17 and 18 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
