NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2018 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001049-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SANDRA L. PEARCE A/K/A SANDRA LEE PEARCE A/K/A SANDRA L. BAKER A/K/A SANDRA LEE BAKER A/K/A SANDY L. BAKER A/K/A SANDRA L. THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES,
GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 172 of GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 5, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 117-123, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
