NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA001630 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN D. KORB; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A SARAH JACKSON; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A MAT JACKSON, et. at, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 806, BUILDING 8, PHASE 5, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3690, PAGE 1203, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3716, PAGE 816, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3746, PAGE 819, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
