NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2018, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 a.m on November 15, 2018, the following described property:
Lot 202, Trail Ridge according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44 at pages 71 through 77 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
