NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, on November 15, 2018, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, beginning at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
Building 12, Unit No. 201, Phase XII, DEER CROSSING, a condominium, together with the pro-rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of DEER CROSSING, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 2572, Page 719, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
