NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 18, 2018, entered in Case No.: 2017 CA 001603 of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KENNETH WARREN ANDERSON; ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARJORIE ANN ANDERSON; LEE WARREN ANDERSON, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KENNETH WARREN ANDERSON; and BAYBERRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. a/k/a BAYBERRY OF NAPLES, are the Defendants, that Crystal K.
