NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to aa Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on October 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 512017CA002589CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHIEN M. HUANG, AKIN ACAR, OAK GROVE P.U.D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMER 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 140, OAK GROVE, PHASE 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 111-117, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
