NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001542 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and Fernando Ribera; K & R Hometech, LLC; Granada Lakes Villas Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Odette Menendez; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Ellio Menendez; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants; the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 16, IN BUILDING 201, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
