NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, TRINITY PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 8th day of October, 2018, Paula S. O'Neil, PH. D, Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 14th 2018 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 1 in Block 3 of TRINITY PRESERVE PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 101, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 1683 Hadden Hall Place, Trinity, Florida 34655 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner(s), as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
