has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sheryl A. Edwards, Esquire, THE EDWARDS LAW FIRM, PL, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 500 South Washington Boulevard, Suit 400, Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before November 15, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
