NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in 2016-CA-006364-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THOMAS POSTMA A/K/A THOMAS L. POSTMA; JEANETTE ALBRITTON A/K/A JEANETTE A. ALBRITTON A/K/A JEANETTE HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANETTE ALBRITTON A/K/A JEANETTE A. ALBRITTON A/K/A JEANETTE HILL; MICHAEL POSTMA A/K/A MICHAEL A. POSTMA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
