NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 7, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050540 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein W.J. BRADLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL, LLC is Plaintiff and EDWARD MCDERMOTT, JULIE MCDERMOTT, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of November, 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 40, Block A, Spanish Wells Unit One, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 137 through 140, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
