NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-000892 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-E is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL BILIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL BILIN; DAVID MUMA A/K/A DAVID W MUMA; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT D. HENSLEY, PROPRIETOR OF TARPON POINT ASSOCIATES, LLC, DECEASED; CYNTHIA MUMA A/K/A CYNTHIA L MUMA; TARPON LANDINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
