NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002878 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Maria Elizabeth Mendez, deceased; and Liz Gabriela Mendez a/k/a Elizabeth Gabriela Mendez, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 10 AND 11, IN BLOCK 5130, OF UNIT 80, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
