NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002657 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA10 Mortgage Pass through Certificates, Series 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and JESUS SOSA; ODYSSEY AT OLYMPIA POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BIRMAN HOLDINGS LLC; ZALTZ HOLDINGS LLC, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION BY AND THROUGH ITS MANAGER TAL ZALTZ; ONYXS STROBER; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A AMY LEIST, UNKNOWN PARTY #2 N/K/A CRAIG LEIST AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN
