UNIT NO. 102 OF POINTE ROYAL CONDOMINIUM B, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1742, PAGE 4745, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 1910 VIRGINIA AVE 102, FORT MYERS, FL 33901; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 15, 2018 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
