NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2018 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007773 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH GELLIS;
CHARLOTTE GELLIS; et. al. are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 43, Block 1, SOUTH FORK UNIT 6, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 105, Page 222-234, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Street Address: 10829 ROCKLEDGE VIEW DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, 33579
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
