NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-007501, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MARY ALICE LAURIN; BARBARA FORD A/K/A BARBARA A. FORD; THOMAS FORD A/K/A THOMAS J. FORD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: LOT 15 LESS THE SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF AND THE SOUTH 44.5 FEET OF LOT 13 LOT(S) 13 IN BLOCK 6 OF TILSEN MANOR AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 100, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
