NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 06, 2018, and entered in 16-CA-006431 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNIE M. DELL, DECEASED; DAVID A. DELL; EDWARD J. DELL; CHRISTOPHER S. DELL; LASHAUNDRA L. CHATMAN; EARNEST A. DELL; ELIZABETH YVETTE JONES; SHARON D. DURDEN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
