NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-5212 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and SALTER & SALTER PROPERTY, INC., TOM P. MARTINO, INC, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and CITY OF TAMPA are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The South 97.0 feet of the North 321.0 feet of the West 195.0 feet of the Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 25.0 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
