NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-003468 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-22, Plaintiff and Rebecca J. Najjar are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
WESTERLY 80 FEET OF THE WEST 190 FEET OF THE EAST 791.85 FEET OF THE SOUTH 222.03 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 33 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
AND
THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 133 FEET OF THE WEST 530.64 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 33 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERLY 5 FEET OF LOT 28, FAIRWAY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
