NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-002122-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Bruce A. Lamb a/k/a Bruce Alexander Lamb, Deceased; Eugene Lamb; Scott Murray Lamb a/k/a Scott M. Lamb; Windjammer Condominium Association - St. Pete, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 603, WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7935, PAGE 465, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 1-13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
