NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-000593-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-2CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2CB is the Plaintiff and Isleymun Akyol; Leyla Akyol; Highland Woods Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, HIGHLAND WOODS 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 33 AND 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
