NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 8, 2018 in Civil Case No. 16-006236-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF EFFIE LOVELL A/K/A EFFIE MAE LOVELL A/K/A EFFIE M. LOVELL, DECEASED; RUTH ELIZABETH MICHEL; CACH LLC; ANN M. LOVELL A/K/A ANN MARIE LOVELL; LOUIS EDWARD LOVELL; JANET LOUISE JOHANSSEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN, PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULL DESCRIBED IN BOOK 5967, PAGE 2036 ID# 36-28-15-47718-005-0060, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 6, BLOCK 5 FIRST ADDITION TO LAKE CITRUS ESTATES, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGE 97.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM HOMER J. ALLEN, AS GUARDIAN OF ANNA MABEL ALLEN, INCOMPETENT TO ANN M. LOVELL SINGLE AND EFFIE M. LOVELL SINGLE, DATED 04/03/1985 RECORDED ON 04/09/1985 IN OR BOOK 5967, PAGE 2036 IN PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
