CITY OF DUNEDIN Architectural Services for a New Dunedin City Hall RFQ 19-1017
The City of Dunedin (the “City”) is soliciting qualifications submittals from firms (Consultant) qualified to provide architectural, engineering and other professional services required to design, permit and construct a new Dunedin City Hall. The project work will be divided into two phases, with Phase II being optional. The Consultant will develop three (3) conceptual site plans with renderings and perspectives (scale and massing) during Phase I and present those to the Dunedin City Commission for discussion and selection of one site to be used for the construction of a new City Hall. Phase II services will include all design, engineering and permitting services required to develop plans and specifications for bidding purposes. The Consultant may also provide services during the construction phase of the project.

Submittals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any submittal received after that time and date may not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
