NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-002328 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Edna M. Rehm a/k/a Edna Rehm , Pine Ridge at Palm Harbor Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Ron Wendell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-2, BUILDING 525 OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR III,
PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5633, PAGES 2093 THROUGH 2155 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 1 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5637, PAGES 1644 THROUGH 1655 INCLUSIVE, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5646, PAGES 35 THROUGH 66 INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 61 THROUGH 81 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
