NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-025823-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and ROLANDO GARCIA, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block A, AVALON PARK SOUTH PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 113 through 124, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
