NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 22, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-004638-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein U.S. ROF III LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2015-1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JOHN RODRIGUEZ, ET AL.,are Defendants, the Clerk of Court TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2ND day of October, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 10-10, at THE AVALON, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8217, Page 1960, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
