Lot 5 and that part of Lot 6, of SOUTH SHORE TERRACE REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book V, at Page 137, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of said Lot 6, run North 25° 01' 39” East 70 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 25° 01' 39” East 39.18 feet, thence North 0° 22' 42” West 314 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot in Lake Jessamine, thence South 89° 51' 18” West 17 feet, more or less, along the North line thereof to a point North 0° 22' 42” West 349.39 feet from beginning, thence South 0° 22' 42” East 349.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
