Foreclosure HOA 80273-HO29-HOA. Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose, regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) on Schedule “1” at HAO Condominium, located in Orange County, Florida, as described pursuant the Declaration referred to below of said county, as amended. HAO Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay.
