Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit/Lot No. 807 of COUNTRY LAKES VILLAGE MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 02352, Page 4762, et seq., Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Master” Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.

Together with a 1985 BROO Mobile Home bearing vehicle identification numbers FLFL2AE333206138 and FLFL2BE333206138
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of September 2018. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus fro the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
