YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to compel the recording of an assignment, a satisfaction, or discharge of mortgage on the following real property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 6, IVY LAKES ESTATES - PARCEL ONE - PHASE ONE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 14, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before OCT 08 2018 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pasco County Court House, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
