NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-1530 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of September, 2018 at the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 5, in Building 132 of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
