NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of September, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001075, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and DEIDRA DE LA CRUZ A/K/A DEIDRA M. DELACRUZ MIGUEL DE LA CRUZ A/K/A MIGUEL DELACRUZ WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 82, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 97-105
Any PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
