Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2014 CA 004931 NC on March 31, 2015 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 304, ARLINGTON HOUSE OF LIDO HARBOUR, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 661, Pages 86 through 113 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 2, Pages 12 and 12A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 3, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
