Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28 day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-1480 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VILLA CAPRI ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and VAVETTE S. ROGERS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF FREDA AWULETEY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. d/b/a SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND KNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
APARTMENT L-3, VILLA CAPRI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 589, Pg 289, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration, Parcel.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
