NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001634 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Norman L. McMillan a/k/a Norman Leroy McMillan, Deceased; Christopher Michael McMillan a/k/a Michael McMillan, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Norman L. McMillan a/k/a Norman Leroy McMillan, Deceased; Christopher Michael McMillan a/k/a Michael McMillan; Norman David McMillan a/k/a David McMillan; Melissa Diane Carrasquillo a/k/a Melissa D. Carrasquillo a/k/a Melissa Carrasquillo; Crystal Marie Young a/k/a Crystal M. Young a/k/a Crystal Young; Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, WATERWAY ESTATES BLOCK 3, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 28, AT PAGE 87.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
