The clerk LINDA DOGGETT shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on September 24. 2018. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note and Reformation of Mortgage, to-wit:
UNIT 103, DORAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4558, PAGES 2101-2181, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
