NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-11217 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS AND CERTIFICATE INSURER OF THE BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-HE1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE1 is Plaintiff and YOUNG, JEFFERY AND BELINDA, et al, are Defendants.
