NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2018CC-025306 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Pines Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc. a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff and Susan Salter, et al, Defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 10, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit #89, of Pines Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc. d/b/a The Village, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit āCā, of the Master Occupancy Agreement, as recorded in Official Records Book 8778, at pages 1929 through 1953 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, commonly known as Lot #89, 1005 N. Whitehurst Rd. #52, Plant City, FL 33563-2865. For a term of years from the first day of May 2005, to until the first day of May, 2104, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement, which for of agreement, and all amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association at 1005 N. Whitehurst Rd. #52, Plant City, FL 33563-2865. The resident is the owner of appurtenant certificate #521 of PINES MOBILE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Corporation formed pursuant to the Florida Mobile Home Act, which share is appurtenant hereto.
Also, the mobile home and all improvements affixed thereto and incorporated therein.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
