Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2018, in Case No. 18-CA-000636 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which PARK CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRUCE CHANGA is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 16, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Block 4, PARK CREEK PHASE 1A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 244 through 249, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
