NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2015, Court Order dated August 16 , 2018 and entered in CASE NO: 2012-CA-010386 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is the Plaintiff and TARA LYNN PATERSON; ROBERT PATERSON THE TRUSTEE COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13913 CHERRY CREEK DRIVE CHARITABLE WORKS PROPERTY LAND TRUST UTD 1/22/2009; AND TENANT are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 6, BLOCK 12, CHERRY CREEK, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
