NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-005649, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and CHARLES ALBERT DOUGLAS; EUPHEMIA E. POWELL-DOUGLAS; DISTRESSED ASSET FUND II, LLC; SABAL POINTE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 13 OF TOWNHOMES AT SABAL POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 53-57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
