NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-008608 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, Not in its individual capacity but solely as the Trustee for the Brougham Fund I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Angelo Markides, Hyde Park Walk Condominium Association, Inc., Martina J. Markides, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
