NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 27, 2018, and entered in case No. 17-003214-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2017-3 is the Plaintiff and DAVID KENNETH FORKER A/K/A DAVID K. FORKER, DANAI DIAZ, GATEWAY BY THE BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.are the Defendants.
KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on OCTOBER 11, 2018, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 49, PAGES 119 THROUGH 124, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5173, PAGE(S) 1734, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
