NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-007998-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Elaine A. Reynolds, Harbor Bluffs Owners Association, Inc, Pinellas County, Florida, Unknown Tenants/Owners 1 N/K/A Rob Presch, Wayne L. Reynolds, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
